The 6 week fitness booster with boost personal training is a targeted fitness programme where you can enjoy the camaderie and motivation of a small group. The whole body circuit programme is designed to use all of your muscles and get your heart pumping!

Each session is a little harder than the next to push you that little bit further each time – essential for overall fitness and weight loss! Plus all the sessions use the same principles as personal training so every exercise can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and different skills.
