Kirsty has been running for over 17 years – never running more than 200m at school to now regularly competing in 5K, 10K and half marathon events. She has run at the Race for Life, the Glasgow Women’s 10K, the Edinburgh 10K, the Scottish 10K, the Cancer Research 10K’s, the Edinburgh half-marathon, the Budapest half-marathon and the Edinburgh marathon hairy haggis relay!
Thousands of runners take part in events like these every year and she wants to teach recreational runners out there that you can run faster, improve your fitness and lose weight by running less! When Kirsty began doing more varied and better quality running sessions that were complemented with resistance and flexibility work, she got great results! As a running enthusiast and fully qualified personal trainer, Kirsty can build and motivate you through a programme that is personalised to you, your needs and your goals.
