what our customers say
I could never have contemplated completing 26.2 miles without Kirsty! The training allowed for my beginner status and gradually built up to proudly push me to the very end. I’ve lost weight and feel fitter than ever! Kate, Linlithgow

I’ve trained with Kirsty for two different runs now – a relay marathon and a half marathon. I used to get bored from running before but now I am always looking forward to the next session, whether it’s a short run, a long run or weight training. I am fitter than I’ve ever been before and I can’t wait to take another 7 minutes off my personal best! Antonio Carella, Linlithgow |

When I started running I did the same as everybody else and went out pounding the streets as often and as far as I could. What happened? I got bored of running and I got injured. As soon as I took a step back and started doing more varied running with some strength training and stretching, I took a staggering 19mins off my 10K time and 11mins off my half marathon time!
